Eat Dense Vegetables Early

Did you know that eating foods that are high in water content, such as cucumbers, watermelon, and radishes before bedtime can interfere with your sleep? They are natural diuretics that may cause you to wake in the middle of the night with a full bladder. It’s best to eat them no later than 90 minutes before bed.
