Dark Chocolate

Eating chocolate that is 70% cacao or higher is actually good for your health. This dark chocolate is associated with higher good cholesterol, lower bad cholesterol and improved blood flow. Eating about one ounce a day can help with elevating mood. Dark chocolate offers many benefits but don’t substitute milk chocolate or chocolate with added sugar. So go ahead and enjoy some dark chocolate for Halloween.
