This recipe can also be prepped in the evening and eaten for breakfast the next morning! You can substitute banana with for example berries, melons, or mango. If not on a detox add a tablespoon with raw cacao nibs as a special topping!
Sunday Sweet: Banana Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk (preferably homemade)
- ⅓ tsp cinnamon topping
- 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
- fresh berries
Instructions
- Mash the banana with a fork directly in serving bowl.
- Add chia, almond milk and cinnamon.
- Mix the ingredients.
- Let it rest and mix again after 10 minutes.
- Chill for at least 30 min in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, top with coconut flakes and a few fresh or frozen berries!
