Sugar Substitute – No It’s Not Artificial Sweetener

Try substituting cinnamon for sugar. Not only does it have a sweet taste without the drawbacks of sugar but cinnamon also lowers bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, increases good HDL cholesterol and decreases BMI and weight.
