Fish Oil Doesn’t Just Come In A Pill

Did you know that a diet rich in omega-3 fats help protect against clogged arteries? You can get healthy omega-3s from fish oil or krill oil supplements but it’s best to get it through real food, such as wild-caught fish. Just stay away from the high mercury content of tuna.
