I just want you that I have been working hard during the time that I haven’t been blogging. I am now a certified Nutritional Therapist! I have enjoyed gaining a more in-depth knowledge on nutrition that I will incorporate into programs with my coaching clients. I am that kind of person who likes learning new things and at one time I thought being a student was the best thing to do. But reality is that when you are trying to work full-time, taking classes can be a struggle.
It is a great feeling to achieve a goal and yet there are still other goals I want to reach. At this point in my life I want to keep pushing forward, learning new things and trying new adventures. It makes me feel so much more alive. In the past when I was so sick, it was hard just to get through the day. I could barely stay awake and was in constant pain. Even taking a shower caused more pain than I felt it was worth at the time. That part of my life could have been lived very differently just knowing the things I know about how to eat the foods that are right for me, in the right amounts and have them work for my body’s specific needs. That is why I am committed to helping guide as many people as I can to reach their health and nutritional goals.
I hope you will join me on June 16th for my webinar on “The Steps to Freedom from Food Addiction” and learn the way to care for yourself as I have learned to care for myself. My intention is to bring you unique insights on how you can transform the way you think about food and the foundations of health and replace confusion and frustration with powerful ideas to bring clarity with powerful ideas that work to break free from the addictive foods we eat.
I hope to see you at the webinar!
