Avocado, Tuna & Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 diced avocado
- Small tin of tuna in oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- Small tin of corn
- Toasted sesame seeds
- ½ cup of finely chopped red capsicum (peppers)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy!
You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
