Angela is available for private consultations in personalized health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching with areas of focus on mindfulness, stress reduction, and whole foods. Her coaching incorporates a balanced approach with holistically integrated principles.
Coaching can take place via telehealth sessions online or by phone. Coaching packages are customized to your personal goals. Using an integrative approach to bridge the gap between conventional and functional therapies, clients are able look at their whole health picture – physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational — and bring everything into alignment.

I had reached my breaking point where I knew that I needed help getting healthy. I was at my all-time high in weight and I had no energy or desire to do anything. My husband and I were seeing a financial planner to determine when we could retire, and I realized that I wanted to be able to enjoy an active retirement.
