Broiled Lemon Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 1 large bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
  • 3-5 drops Lemon essential oil
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Wash asparagus and trim ends.
  2. Place on large cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. In separate container, melt coconut oil.
  4. Add Lemon essential oil and stir.
  5. Drizzle mixture over asparagus.
  6. Broil on high for 5-7 minutes, watching carefully to ensure asparagus does not burn.
  7. Serve immediately.
