Autumn Apple Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 large apples
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 to 4 hot peppers, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar OR 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Cover and place in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
  3. Enjoy!
