Instructions
Saute the onion in a saute pan over medium heat with the coconut oil. Cook until soft, about 8 minutes.
Add the turkey meat, herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Stirring frequently, use a spatula to break up the turkey meat until it is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Make the burrito bowl by layering lettuce, then turkey meat, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, sunflower seeds and optional cheese.
