- Place the pitted dates, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the mashed avocados and cacao powder and continue processing until the mixture is a creamy pudding texture.
- Scrape down the sides of the container.
- Add water until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
- Store in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 weeks.
