Sunday Sweet: Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk (preferably homemade)
  • ⅓ tsp cinnamon topping
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Mash the banana with a fork directly in serving bowl.
  2. Add chia, almond milk and cinnamon.
  3. Mix the ingredients.
  4. Let it rest and mix again after 10 minutes.
  5. Chill for at least 30 min in the refrigerator.
  6. Before serving, top with coconut flakes and a few fresh or frozen berries!
