Ingredients
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 3 large kale leaves (optional: remove stalks)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 4-6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 6-8 ounces water
  • 5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients together in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
