Avocado, Tuna & Rice

Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 diced avocado
Small tin of tuna in oil
1 tablespoon tahini
2 teaspoons
tamari
Small tin of corn
Toasted sesame seeds
½ cup of finely chopped red capsicum (peppers)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy! You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
