Avocado, Tuna & Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 diced avocado
  • Small tin of tuna in oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 teaspoons tamari
  • Small tin of corn
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup of finely chopped red capsicum (peppers)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients & enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I quite often make double & eat over a few days...easy! You can 'tweak' the ingredients to suit your taste.
