Cashew Date Balls

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Chop the cashews in a food processor until they are small pieces but not powdery.
  2. Remove nuts from processor.
  3. Place the dates in the processor and chop until they form a ball.
  4. Add the nuts back to the processor with the dates.
  5. Sprinkle in cinnamon.
  6. Process until well mixed.
  7. Using a small cookie scoop, roll each into a ball.
  8. Place in storage container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
