Kitchen Sink Meatloaf

- 1 lb. organic ground beef
- ½ lb. non-cured bacon
- ½ white onion, chopped (I like mine roughly chopped to I get chunks of onion in each bite)
- ¼ head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 egg
- Moroccan-inspired spices (paprika, sea salt, lemon juice and grated peel or lemon oil, turmeric, ginger and anything else you'd like to add)
- Cheese of choice, shredded
- Chop bacon into small pieces.I use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into pieces
- Mix the bacon and ground beef in a large bowl.
- Add chopped onion and cabbage.
- Add all the spices and mix meat mixture.
- Add egg and mix through meat mixture.
- Place meat mixture in baking dish.
- Cook at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
- When meat is browned, sprinkle cheese on top and cook until bubbly.
