Ingredients
  • Dill (finely chopped) - ½ cup.
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Spices (salt, freshly ground black pepper - to taste, nutmeg - a pinch)
  • Dry white wine - 200 ml
  • Mushrooms (I 300 g of frozen porcini mushrooms and 200 grams of fresh mushrooms) - 500 g
  • Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Onions - 300 g
  • Croutons (croutons)
  • Water - 150 mL
Instructions
  1. Throw everything in a pot and cook. It will be divine!
