- Dill (finely chopped) - ½ cup.

- Dry white wine - 200 ml
- Mushrooms (I 300 g of frozen porcini mushrooms and 200 grams of fresh mushrooms) - 500 g
- Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Onions - 300 g
- Croutons (croutons)
- Water - 150 mL
